2. Business Representation : Representation of small businesses and nonprofit organizations, including representation and legal advice:
(a) Concerning employer/employee issues.
(b) Relative to the negotiation, review, and preparation of contracts, leases, promissory notes, security agreements, and other business documents.
(c) Relative to the purchase/sale of businesses (including the transfer of liquor licenses).
3. Commercial Litigation : Representation in contract disputes, UCC litigation, collection of past due accounts receivable, contractor disputes, construction liens, landlord/tenant hearings, and of creditors in bankruptcy court.
